Request deletion of your data from Adlyft

How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your data in the following ways:

  • Uninstall the App: Uninstalling Adlyft from your Shopify store will trigger automatic data deletion within 90 days.
  • Disconnect Platforms: Go to Settings in the Adlyft app and disconnect Meta or Google accounts. This removes all stored tokens and platform data immediately.
  • Facebook Settings: Remove Adlyft from your Facebook account at Facebook App Settings. This triggers an automatic data deletion request.
  • Email Request: Send an email to support@adlyft.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your store domain.

What Gets Deleted

  • Shopify product data and AI profiles
  • Ad platform connection tokens and account data
  • AI-generated creatives and strategies
  • Campaign data and performance metrics
  • Brand kit and store preferences
  • Billing records (retained as required by Indian tax law)

Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 90 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Check Deletion Status

If you received a confirmation code from a data deletion request, your data is being processed. Contact support@adlyft.in with your confirmation code for status updates.
