• Shopify Store Data: Store name, domain, email, product catalog, and order data synced via Shopify APIs with your authorization.
• Ad Platform Data: When you connect Meta or Google Ads accounts, we access campaign performance metrics, ad account details, and audience data as authorized.
• AI-Generated Content: Creative assets, strategies, and ad copy generated through our AI services.
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and session data for improving our services.
• Billing Information: Payment transactions are processed by PhonePe. We do not store credit card or bank account numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered advertising strategy and creative generation services
• To manage and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
• To sync product data and generate product profiles
• To process billing and manage subscriptions
• To improve our services and develop new features

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms: To create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf
• Google Ads: To create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf
• OpenAI / AI Providers: Product data for AI profiling and creative generation (anonymized where possible)
• PhonePe: For payment processing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon uninstalling the app or requesting deletion, we remove your data within 90 days, except where required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL), secure token storage, and access controls to protect your data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the Adlyft dashboard
• Request data deletion by contacting us or using the data deletion feature
• Disconnect ad platform accounts at any time
• Uninstall the app to stop all data collection

8. Facebook Data

Data obtained from Facebook APIs is used solely to provide ad management services. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and do not use Facebook data for purposes unrelated to the services you have requested.
