1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Adlyft ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is provided by Ardhanex Tech Pvt Ltd ("we", "our", "us").

2. Service Description

Adlyft is an AI-powered advertising automation platform for Shopify merchants. Our services include:

• AIDA-based advertising strategy generation
• AI creative generation (images, video scripts, ad copy)
• Campaign management across Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Performance analytics and funnel tracking

3. Account & Access

You must have an active Shopify store to use Adlyft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected ad platform credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Adlyft operates on a subscription model with credit-based usage for AI features.
• Payments are processed through PhonePe. Prices are in INR and subject to applicable GST.
• Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated creatives and strategies are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
• We do not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS, or conversion rates.
• You retain ownership of AI-generated content created for your store.

6. Ad Platform Integration

When you connect Meta or Google Ads accounts:

• You authorize Adlyft to create, manage, and monitor campaigns on your behalf.
• You are responsible for your ad spend on these platforms. Adlyft does not control or guarantee ad platform billing.
• You can disconnect ad accounts at any time from Settings.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Adlyft to:

• Create misleading or deceptive advertisements
• Advertise prohibited products or services under Meta or Google policies
• Attempt to bypass platform ad review processes
• Reverse engineer or redistribute AI-generated content at scale

8. Limitation of Liability

Adlyft is provided "as is". We are not liable for ad platform policy violations, ad account suspensions, or advertising losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You can uninstall the app at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
